2. Accommodation bookings
All accommodation bookings are made exclusively through third-party platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, and Expedia. Therefore, the terms, conditions, cancellation policies, and payment rules of the respective platform apply. Boreas Center AB does not process payments and is not a contractual party in the accommodation booking.
3. Activities and experiences
Activities and excursions are provided by selected regional partners (e.g., adventure companies, activity operators). Each activity is subject to the terms and conditions of the respective provider. Boreas Center AB acts solely as an intermediary and is not responsible for the execution, safety, or outcome of the activities.
4. Liability
Boreas Center AB assumes no liability for injuries, damages, delays, or cancellations arising from services provided by third-party partners. Liability remains with the respective accommodation or activity provider, unless otherwise required by mandatory law. We ensure that all partners are reputable and licensed where applicable.
