To ensure a clear understanding between all parties, we ask that you review these Terms and Conditions carefully before finalizing your booking. By making a reservation, you, on behalf of your party, agree to these terms, which apply to our range of offerings, including wildlife tours, canoeing, horseback riding, and more, as detailed on our website.

1.Reservation Confirmation
Reservations are confirmed via email upon booking through our online system or over the phone. We kindly ask you to review your confirmation details upon receipt and promptly inform us of any inaccuracies. Boreas Center cannot be held accountable for errors stemming from incorrect information provided at booking.

2.Payment Options
We accept a variety of payment methods, including credit/debit cards, Paylink, PayPal, and Swish, to accommodate your needs efficiently. Please note that we do not accept cash payments.
3.Cancellation Policy
To cancel or modify your booking, notification must be made at least 24 hours before the start time of your scheduled activity. Cancellations or modifications can be communicated through email, WhatsApp, or phone call. Cancellations made up to 24 hours before the start time will be refunded 80% of the total cost.
Missed Start Times and Late Cancellations: We understand that plans can change, but due to the nature of our activities and the preparation involved, we must enforce a strict cancellation policy. If you miss your activity's start time or cancel less than 24 hours before the scheduled start, the full amount of the booking will be charged, and no refund will be issued. This policy helps us ensure fairness and availability for all guests wanting to experience Boreas Center.

4.Liability and Safety
Participants acknowledge the inherent risks associated with outdoor activities in the wilderness. It's crucial to assess your physical condition and readiness before engaging in any activity offered by Boreas Center. We reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone at risk.
Any damages to equipment or harm to animals caused by participant negligence will incur a fee for veterinary costs plus an additional charge of SEK 15,000. Participants must adhere to all safety guidelines and instructions provided by our guides to ensure a secure and enjoyable experience for everyone.

5.Insurance
We strongly recommend that participants have comprehensive insurance coverage, including cancellation, liability, personal belongings, and health insurance, to provide peace of mind during your adventure with us.
